  KDSN Radio Auction Rules

Everything we feature on our auction program is brand new merchandise and gift certificates.

Many of the items we will be featuring we received at discounted prices for even more savings for you.

We start the bidding for all items and gift certificates at 50% of it's value, and will not allow any item to sell for more than 95% of it's value.

In all of our Gift Certificates:
a) They cannot be redeemed for cash, they have no cash value, and the cannot be applied to an existing account
b) In most cases, our Gift Certificates have expiration dates-and we will let you know when they expire.

We have 4 telephone lines open to accept your bid..and we ask IF POSSIBLE that you go on the air with us LIVE to place your bid.  If you don't want to go on the air live with us-your bid will be relayed to our studios.  The phone numbers to call are 263-3141 or 263-2088.

When placing your bid-all we ask is the last 4 digits of your telephone number.  If your prefix is something other than 263...meaning outside Denison OR a cellphone number, we ask for all 7 digits.

We do have minimum bid increase:

a) Items up to $20 in value, your minimum bid increase is $1.00
b) For items valued from $21 to $49, your minimum bid increase is $2
c) For items valued from $50 to $99, your minimum bid increase is $3
d) For items valued from $100 to $199, your minimum bid increase is$5
e) For items valued from $200 to $299, your minimum bid increase is $10
f) For items valued over $300, you minimum bid increase is $20

We do put time limits on some items.  In other words, if we say an item will be sold in 10 minutes.....after 10 minutes has expired, when the telephone lines die down, we will sell an item.  This gives those calling from long distance to get their final bids in. 

IF you purchase items on our auction programs, you have 10 days from today's auction to pick up and pay for your items.  We ask that you stop out between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday or call and make other arrangements.
