While the Kansas City Chiefs season officially begins tonight (Thursday), most of the rest of the NFL’s opening weekend kicks-off this Saturday, and from tailgates to watch parties, fans will be breaking out their lucky jerseys, firing up the grill as they settle in for a weekend full of 24/25 action. But what’s football without the perfect game day snack? To celebrate the first games of the season, VegasInsider analyzed the most popular NFL snacks across each US state using Google search data.

In Iowa it seems NFL fans will be tucking into sliders as it ranked as the most popular snack with an average search volume of 4,190. Potato skins was the least popular food choice across the state with a search volume of just 510.
