Monarch Boys Tennis tops Sioux City East 4/12/22

Denison-Schleswig Monarchs boys tennis tops Sioux City East 6-3 and JV boys win 6-5. 

Carson Seuntjens in his debut at #1 (Colin Reis was ill) played well. His consistency gave him the easy 8-1 win.

Harrison Dahm held off a late surge to win 8-6. Every singles win was big for us today.
Blaine Brodsky played some marathon games and finally pulled away from his opponent for a 8-5 win. He really
served better today.
Braden Curnyn played fantastic in doubles. It is the perfect venue for his aggressive play.
Gavin Hipnar played big at the #6 varsity spot today. His 8-1 win clinched the dual.
The JV won a squeaker today 6-5. Notable was Alan Rivera’s tiebreaker win in his second singles match. He is
making a lot of improvement.
