A motor vehicle accident took place at approximately 11:45 a.m. Friday near Highway 30 East. The 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 27-year-old Alex Harm of Schleswig was following a 2017 Jeep Wrangler piloted by 67-year-old Jean Heiden of Denison southbound off of Highway 59 and onto Highway 30 eastbound. Heiden stopped for traffic from a merging lane at a stop sign. Harm's Tahoe struck the rear of Heiden's Jeep which shattered the rear window. Police cited Harm for following too close.
