Denison Police reporting several incidents since last Saturday
The Denison Police Department reported several incidents from this past week.
The most recent public release indicates that they took Dereck Argotsinger of Denison into custody on a Crawford County warrant at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday near Boulders Drive.
Denison PD apprehended Joseph Treinen of Panama at 9:53 p.m. Monday near the 1st Avenue South corner of South 12th Street. The 36-year-old male was charged with second-degree theft of a motor vehicle. Authorities recovered a Chevrolet S10 allegedly stolen from a Logan resident.
Police took Eliazar Garcia of Denison into custody at 4:39 p.m. Sunday on the 1700 block of 1st Avenue South. They booked the 25-year-old male with his second offense of operating while under the influence.
A Denison resident reported a bounce house stolen from Washington Park on Saturday as well. The listed charge for a suspect if an arrest is made in the case is second-degree theft.
Police arrested Jonathan Castaneda of Denison on an outstanding warrant at 11:19 p.m. Saturday near Highway 30. They additionally charged the 33-year-old male with driving while his license is suspended.
All charges are allegations and the persons named in a case are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
