Denison PD reporting trio of arrests, non-injury collision
The Denison Police Department is reporting four incidents from earlier this week.
Denison PD made a pair of Wednesday afternoon arrests.
They picked 20-year-old Hector Molina of Denison up for public intoxication at approximately 1:25 p.m. near St Rose of Lima Catholic School.
They took 29-year-old Roberto Gonzalez Guerrero of Denison into custody on a warrant at approximately 3:30 p.m. near 1st Avenue South.
Denison PD also arrested Jeffrey Brickson of Denison at about 12:32 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 30 East. They booked the 54-year-old male for driving while his license is suspended.
All charges are allegations and the persons named in a case are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
A motor vehicle accident happened at around 6:20 a.m. Wednesday near South 10th Street. The related document indicates that a 2015 Nissan Murano driven by 40-year-old Francisca Villeda Zepeda of Denison was stopped on the intersection of Highway 30 and South 10th Street. Zepeda was making a turn onto Highway 30 and she ended up striking a 2005 GMC Sierra piloted by 45-year-old Nicholas Schrad of Westside which was traveling west. The report listed no injuries and no citations. The damage estimates are $2,000 for the Nissan and $1,500 for the GMC.
