Des Moines Man Arrested in Carroll with Public Intoxication
On Saturday afternoon, a Des Moines man was arrested in Carroll with charges of Public intoxication.
The Carroll Police Department was alerted of a disturbance around 2:00 PM. When officers arrived at the scene on East 10th St. they arrested 51-year-old David Nathaniel. Nathaniel’s recorded BAC level was .29, more than three and a half times the legal limit of .08.
