St. Anthony Regional Hospital extends CNA Apprenticeship Program
St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll extends their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship Program.
The Observer reported on Thursday that St. Anthony Regional Hospital has extended their CNA Program. The training is funded through the Iowa Workforce Development Coronavirus Relief Registered Apprenticeship grant program. St. Anthony Regional Hospital has a partnership with Des Moines Area Community College to provide the CNA training. St. Anthony President and CEO, Ed Smith, states “The CNA Apprenticeship program provides an ‘earn and learn’ model for building healthcare careers.”
Enrollment for the Apprenticeship Program can be found on the St. Anthony Website at www.stanthonyhospital.org, or by contacting the St. Anthony education Services department at 712-794-5243. The enrollment deadline is February 15th.
