Thursday Morning House Fire In Earling
More details about an early morning house fire in Earling have arisen.
Yesterday, at 6:07 AM, the Earling Fire Department was paged to the 500 block of Main St. for a house fire. Other area fire departments were paged to provide help with the rescue. Westphalia, Panama, Defiance, and Harlan Fire Departments all were in assistance to help haul water to the scene.
Reports show the fire destroyed the whole house by getting into the walls and worked its way up to the second floor, attic, and through the roof. Harlan Fire Department’s ladder truck helped contain the fire from spreading to other houses.
All occupants of the house made it safely out before the fire rescues’ arrival.
