Burgess Public Health Covid Vaccination Announcement
Burgess Public Health in Monona County has released their process for the COVID vaccination for people 65 and over.
The Monona County clinics will be held each Wednesday at the Onawa Community Center located at 320 10th St. Those eligible for the vaccine can sign up on the link located at https://www.burgesshc.org. For individuals who want to be vaccinated in Onawa, but does not have a computer or internet access can call 712-423-9140. Burgess Health states this number will not be answered but is a way to leave your name, number, and how to reach you. Due to the number of calls expected, it could take 1-2 or more business days to receive a return call to schedule an appointment. Any phase 1a or Phase 1B-Tier 1 individuals who are eligible and have not been scheduled for a vaccine appointment, should email bpike@burgesshc.org to get scheduled.
