Loess Hills Agriculture in the Classroom Program Receives Another Donation

The Loess Hills Agriculture in the Classroom (LHAITC) program has received another substantial donation.

Members of the Harrison County Farm Bureau donated $2500 to Loess Hills Ag to support in-classroom programming, educational support, and teacher professional development. The LHAITC program works with schools in Harrison County. These schools include Boyer Valley, Woodbine, Logan-Magnolia, Tri-Center, and West Harrison Community School Districts. Melanie Bruck, the Loess Hills Ag Education Program Coordinator, has recently been asked to assist with standard-based programming for 11th and 12th-grade classes at the new Regional STEM Center, which is located in the CREW Center in Woodbine.
