Denison Police Report Suspected Criminal Mischief, Assault Arrest
The Denison Police Department is reporting suspected criminal mischief and an assault arrest so far this week.
One public release states that a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe sustained a damaged windshield while parked at Quality Food Processors in Denison. The owner made the discovery at around 5:30 on Tuesday morning and the repair cost is estimated at $500. The initial charge a suspect would face in this case is 4th degree criminal mischief.
Another report says that police arrested Kyle Klink of Denison at just after 9:30 on Monday morning. Police charged the 29-year-old male with simple assault upon another adult male. The incident occurred on S 14th St.
