Denison Police Made 3 Arrests, Investigating Vehicle Theft

The Denison Police Department is reporting three arrests and a vehicle theft that took place during this week.

Officers most recently arrested Fernando Salinas of Denison at just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday night. They booked the 27-year-old male for violation of a no contact order on the 1200 block of 3rd Avenue.

Authorities served two warrants for William Chevez of Denison at just after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night. They charged the 38-year-old male with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and child endangerment.

Police arrested Danielle Carter of Denison on 1st Avenue at just after 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. They took the 30-year-old female in for an active Crawford County warrant.

Tuesday morning included a report at around 7:30 a.m. that a vehicle had been stolen from someone's driveway. The white 2007 Cadillac Escalade is valued at $9,000 and any suspect arrested in this case would be charged with second degree theft.

All of the charges in these cases are allegations and the people charged with the listed crimes are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
