RELEASE: St. Anthony Clinic Announces Saturday, April 17th Vaccination Event

On Saturday, April 17, St. Anthony Clinic will host a COVID-19, Moderna vaccination event.  Those who are over 18 years of age are eligible for this vaccine. It is anticipated that hosting this vaccination event on a Saturday will accommodate those who are unable to attend a vaccination appointment during the work week. There are 70 doses available and will likely be scheduled quickly.

The Prime (first) doses will be given on April 17th with the Boost (second) dose scheduled for Saturday, May 15th. between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on both days. The vaccinations will be given at the St. Anthony Clinic location in Carroll at 405 S. Clark St. which is on the south side of the St. Anthony Regional Hospital campus.

Anyone can schedule a vaccination at the St. Anthony Clinic whether you are a current patient or not. Vaccine appointments for this event will be scheduled by calling (712) 792-2222. If you are a current patient and have a myEchart account, you can also schedule your appointment through the app on your smartphone or through the link at https://www.stanthonyhospital.org/patients-visitors/patients/my-echart/

All COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you so that the cost of administering the vaccine can be billed to your insurance. You will not receive a bill from St. Anthony or from your insurance company.

Please share this information with family and friends who may not have internet access. Regardless of location, if you have the opportunity to get the vaccine, don’t pass it by. It is also very important to communicate with sites if you end up getting a vaccine in another location so that your dose can be released to someone else.
