CCMH passes ambulance service test with flying colors

The Crawford County Memorial Hospital has reason for celebration after The Iowa Department of Public health and the Bureau of Emergency and Trauma Services, recently completed their review of Crawford County Memorial Hospital's ambulance services. The IDPH found zero deficiencies during their inspection which was centered on up-to-date record keeping, written plans and protocols, cleanliness and equipment functionality, as well as staff training and expertise. CCMH also provides administrative support for all county ambulance and first responder agencies. For the past four years, all ambulance and first responder services in Crawford County including Kiron, Dow City, Deloit, Westside, Schleswig, Charter Oak, and Vail haves passed their respective inspections with no deficiencies.
