VETERANS READJUSTMENT COUNSELING

Date: First and Third Thursday of each Month

9:30am -3:30pm

Readjustment counseling services for combat veterans and their families are available in Denison. The Sioux City Vet Center has a counselor at the Crawford County Veterans Affairs Office the first and third Thursday of each month from 9:30-3:30pm. The Vet Center has therapists who care about what you are going through and can help you navigate the challenges specific to military service. Readjustment services include: individual or group counseling, marital and family counseling, alcohol/drug assessment and referral, homeless prevention liaison and working as a liaison with Veterans Adm. facilities. All Vet Center services are confidential and free.
The Crawford County Veterans Affairs Office is located at the Crawford County Courthouse, to make and appointment call 712-255-3808, walk ins are welcome.
