SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM

KDSN Radio Stations in Denison, Iowa have a summer internship program, designed for those interested in exploring a career in the broadcast industry. As a summer intern at KDSN, you will be explained the different career positions and opportunities in radio, and, if selected as our Summer Intern, will have the opportunity to "shadow" current KDSN Staff with the potential to participate in regular daily or weekly responsibilities. Full Time Announcer Position

KDSN Radio has an immediate opening for an announcer position that will work on both our AM and FM stations. We are looking for a self starter with good computer skills who works well in a team atmosphere. The position does entail a board shift from 1 PM – 8PM Monday-through Friday. In addition a Sunday shift from 6 AM – 11 AM is required on the 1^st and, 2^nd weekends of the Month, and a Saturday shift from Noon- 6 PM on the 5^th weekend. Qualified individuals will have a working knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar editing software, board operation, and Microsoft Office. Ability to read Farm Markets is a plus but will train.
