5th Anniversary Golf Outing and Fundraiser at Majestic Hills Golf Course September 30th
ID Apparel will host the 5th Anniversary Golf Outing and Fundraiser at the Majestic Hills Golf Course in Denison, IA on September 30th. Bailey Landgraff with ID Apparel discussed the format and goal with the outing. “We’re doing a four person best ball so a man or a woman. There’s going to be a lot of flight prizes and pin prizes and games along the course because we’re raising money for the Washington Park Project.” Landgraff said several local businesses are stepping up in raising funds. “ We are actually taking donations from local businesses, we’ve got quite a few already. Because it is a fundraiser we’re trying to get the word out about all the businesses in town. We’re taking donations for flight prizes and plus we will be donating quite a bit of prizes as well. So far we’ve gotten a lot of gift cards from local businesses and goodie bags. We’re going to do some tumblers and just some personalized prizes from our store.” Landgraff said there’s a couple ways to sign up for the event. “They can call the store at 712-393-1611 or they can call Majestic Hills; they have a sign-up sheet there as well.” Landgraff discussed how Washington Park became the focus on this year’s fundraiser. “We fundraise a lot so we always try to give back to the community. We had done a fundraiser for the Rec Center already so we were trying to figure out something different we could do and this came up all of a sudden and we were like ‘hey this is perfect timing, let’s do it’.” For more information on this event one can call Bailey Landgraff at 712-393-1611.
