For the Mapleton Food Pantry

Now through December 17th! 

Drop-off locations:
-Community Bank (Ute location)
-Guys & Gals Salon and Tanning
-Compass Rose Boutique (get a discount for donating!)
-Ute Santa & Soup (December 14th). Bring your donations to this community event when you come to see Santa and enjoy soup!

This pantry provides much-needed assistance to families throughout the MVAO-COU School District, so every can and box truly makes a difference right in our own community.

Some information about the Mapleton Food Pantry:
-They serve the entire MVAO-COU School District
-They are currently putting together boxes for 38 families who need to be adopted for Christmas in our community
-Families in need can visit the food pantry once a month
-Open Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-11 AM and reopen 12-3 PM
-Located at 313 Main St, Mapleton, Iowa
-They also accept donations of gently used clothing, kitchen items, and household goods.

All non-perishable, unexpired food items are greatly appreciated!

Some of the most needed & frequently requested items include:

• Boxed dinners (e.g. Hamburger Helper)
• Boxed potato, rice, or pasta sides
• Canned soup (any variety) & vegetables
• Cereal
• Flour, sugar, oil, & other baking supplies
