No. 16 Iowa State men beat Stonehill College 96-57
Joshua Jefferson and Tamin Lipsey both scored 23 points as 16th-ranked Iowa State rolled to a 96-57 win over Stonehill College in Hilton Coliseum. Jefferson added nine rebounds and seven assists as the Cyclones improved to 4-0. Lipsey says defense set the tone. The Cyclones forced 20 turnovers and turned them into 28 points. Lipsey has taken on a bigger scoring role this season and finished nine-of-15 from the field.
