No. 15 Iowa State men edge No. 14 St. John's in Las Vegas
Milan Momcilovic scored 23 points as 15th-ranked Iowa State edged 14th-ranked St. Johns 83-82 at the Players Era Championship in Las Vegas. Momcilovic was five-of-nine from three-point range as the Cyclones moved to 5-0. ISU coach T.J. Otzelberger says senior guard Tamin Lipsey is being evaluated for a leg injury after leaving the game in the waning minutes. The Cyclones play Creighton Tuesday afternoon.
