2026 Fall Sports Preview: Ar-We-Va Cross Country

Despite multiple-sport athletes on this year's Ar-We-Va Rockets cross country team, they've been focused on the task at hand in practice.

Ahead of their first camp of the season, the Rockets look for risers on both the boys' and girls' sides. On the girls' side, the Blackford sisters of Vivian & Naomi expect to surprise off the heels of great track & field seasons, while Gabrielle Hundling looks to make an impact on her way back from injury. The boys will be led by returners Jacob Hansen (SR) and Wilhelm Hundling (FR), who both posted solid times at the end of the season and now look to shine as the Rockets' one-two punch.
