Elk Horn arrested twice in just over a week by Shelby County Sheriff's Dept.

A Shelby County Sheriff's Office reports that within just over a week, the department arrested 63 year old William Yoder of Elk Horn two different times. The fist time was on Sunday, December 27th following a traffic stop along the 400 block of Highway 173 in Shelby County. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Yoder's driving privileges through the state had been revoked. oder was placed under arrest and transferred to the jail without incident and released the following morning on his own recognizance and given a future court date. On Tuesday, January 5th, Yoder was arrested again following a traffic stop in Harlan for driving while revoked license status. Yoder was transported to the Shelby County Jail and is currently being held under a $1000 cash or surety bond pending appearance before a magistrate.
