Denison Woman Arrested in Storm Lake
A Denison Woman was arrested by the Storm Lake Police Department on Wednesday afternoon, with several drug-related charges along with two felony warrants for Pottawattamie County. Storm Lake Police located 36-year-old Nikki Segabart, on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, on West Milwaukee Avenue in Storm Lake, IA.
Reports state Segebart was wanted on two felony warrants out of Pottawattamie County charging her with Violation of Probation Reference Controlled Substance Violation,1st Degree Theft. Police further allege that Segebart was in possession of approximately a half-ounce of crystal methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia.
Segebart was transported to the Buena Vista County Jail, where she was booked on the Pottawattamie County warrants, and additionally charged with Controlled Substance Violation, a Class B Felony...Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class D Felony...and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Segebart was held on a 25-thousand dollar bond. The Storm Lake Police Department was assisted by the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Department.
