Cattlemen’s Steakhouse Sous Chef Named Among Iowa’s Top 40 Women to Watch
SAC CITY – Kiley Simonson-Frank, Sous Chef at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse in Sac City, has been named one of the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2025 Top 40 Women to Watch.
Each year, the association honors women across the hospitality industry for their leadership, creativity, and contributions to the profession. Simonson-Frank’s journey began in front-of-house roles as a server and bartender, advancing into management before pursuing her passion in the kitchen. She also earned a culinary degree and spent several years as a high school foods teacher, where she inspired students to explore careers in cooking.
This marks the third consecutive year that a Cattlemen’s Steakhouse employee has been recognized with this prestigious distinction.
