Crawford County Fair Board is having their 7^th Annual Breakfast on March 5th from 8:00AM-12:00PM at the United Methodist Church.  Free will donation.  All proceeds will be used for a new door and concrete on the east side of the Varied Industrial Building. The Chamber and Development Council of Crawford County(CDC) is hosting our Annual Legislative Coffee on Saturday, March 11th at the Donna Reed Theater Lobby in Denison from 10AM-11AM. This event is offered as a chance for citizens to receive updates from their representatives on legislative priorities and for citizens to make their voices heard on important issues. The 26th Annual Crawford County EMS Conference will be held in person on Saturday, March 11, at the Denison High School Fine Arts Center. Deadline for registration is Thursday, March 2. The purpose of this conference is to update hospital and out-of-hospital emergency medical and rescue personnel and nurses on current trends and topics in emergency care. The March Monday Funday will be held at the United Methodist Church on Monday, March, 13th from 1 PM-4 PM. This program is free for children from K-5th grade. Drop-off times are from 12:30 PM-1 PM and pick-up times are from 4 PM-4:30 PM. The activities include; crafting, storytelling, music, science, games, and a lesson connected to Christion life. The Donna Reed Foundation and WESCO Industries are bringing a unique rock concert to the Donna Reed Theater in Denison, IA on Friday, March 25th at 7PM. The "Rally For Life" will be held on Sunday, March 26th from 2:00-5:00 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Denison. Pro-life advocate, author, and national speaker, Luana Stoltenberg will share "Her Story". She has been in the trenches, survived, and has risen from the depths of despair to the pinnacle of success. There will also be inspirational music by Aaron Larson, as well as some other local performers.
