IGHSAU release Class 1A pairings for soccer
On Thursday, the IGHSAU announced the pairings and bracket for the Class 1A Regional tournament.
Class 1A is broken down into eight regions, single elimination format with the winner of each region punching their ticket to the Class 1A State Tournament in Ames. Regional play is set to start on May 19th.
In Region 2, East Sac County earned a home game to take on West Sioux on May 19th at 7 PM with the winner taking on one-seed Bishop Heelan.
In Region 6, Logan-Magnolia and Harlan each earned home play in games with the Panthers taking on AHSTW on May 19th at 7 PM with the winner taking on Treynor. The Cyclones will take on Greene County at Merrill Field, same date, same time, with the winner taking on Tri-Center. Kuemper Catholic will play in the next round at home against Missouri Valley on May 21st at 7 PM.
