The FFS sessions will focus on the psychological, physical, and addictive aspect of tobacco use and vaping. Sessions will also discuss methods to stop smoking, the use of over-the-counter medications like nicotine gum and patches, and, if necessary, prescription medications.
In the fourth week, there are two sessions, one on Tuesday and the other on Thursday, which is
“Quit Day”. After Quit Day, support groups will be available to prevent relapses in behavior. The FFS
sessions are open to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, country of origin, age, gender, gender
