Denison Community District Announces Dave Wiebers to Serve as Highschool Principal one more Year
The Denison Community District Announced to High School Principal Dave Wiebers will postpone his retirement and serve one more year in the position. See the full statement below:
This decision comes at an important juncture for our district. As we prepare to welcome Dr. Kim Buryanek as superintendent next year, Mr. Wiebers’ continued leadership and experience will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
We are deeply appreciative for Mr. Wiebers’ dedication to our students and willingness to be there for us in the 2024-25 school year.
We also want to extend our gratitude to DCSD Business Manager Scott Larson, who will be retiring at the end of this school year. His contributions have been critical to the financial stewardship and operational excellence of our district.
