Local Fire Departments Respond to Structure Fire South of Vail
The Denison, Manilla and Westside Volunteer Fire Departments were called out to assist the Vail Volunteer Fire Department for a structure fire on 360th St. South of Vail Iowa at 1:25am this morning. Upon arrival it was noted one of many out buildings on this farm property was fully involved and that a south wind had taken all the heat and fire away from neighboring buildings, the steel clad building had started to collapse and firefighters pulled the steel away from the site to extinguish the fire.
