Sac City Man Sentenced to Five Years for Sex Offender Registration Violation
A 35-year-old Sac City man will serve a five-year prison sentence after admitting to a sex offender registration violation. Court records from Sac County show that Michael William Euchner II reached a plea agreement with prosecutors, pleading guilty to one of four counts related to failing to properly register information required of sex offenders. The charge stemmed from not disclosing all individuals residing in his home. The sentence was handed down on December 12, 2025. Euchner II was sentenced as a habitual offender, as the violation occurred while he was on probation for similar offenses previously filed in Hamilton County.
