Harlan RAGBRAI E-Bike Raffle Tickets on sale now

(Harlan, Ia) An exciting fundraiser is underway in Harlan.  The Harlan RAGBRAI committee has launched an E-Bike Raffle, featuring a prize valued at more than $1,700.  Raffle tickets are currently available for purchase at City Hall and the Harlan Theatre.  Pricing is set at $5 per ticket or five tickets for $20.
