Winter Festival
Saturday December 6th
At Swan Lake State Park
A combination of many community partners coming together to celebrate the winter seasons approach.
The day kicks off with the Carroll Rec Center’s Santa Stampeded and Pancake Feed.
Followed by a Dutch Oven Program and Winter Recreation Activities with Carroll County Conservation in the afternoon.
The evening concludes with EMS Lights and Hayride. Which includes Rosie’s Creperies, A Craft from the Carroll Library, Photo Opportunities including a Gingerbread House from Carroll County Solid Waste.
The day will conclude with a full moon hike led by Carroll County Conservation.
