Denison Police make trio of weekend arrests
The Denison Police Department made a trio of arrests over the weekend.
The most recent public release says they took Carlos Ortega of Denison into custody at almost 2 a.m. Sunday near Broadway. They charged the 32-year-old male with Operating While Under the Influence. It is his first offense.
Police apprehended Mason Fishback of Manning at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near North 16th Street. They booked the 20-year-old male for driving while his license is under suspension.
Authorities arrested an 18-year-old Arion resident at approximately 6 p.m. Friday near 3rd Avenue South. They listed charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of alcohol in the report.
All charges are allegations and the persons named in a case are to be considered innocents until proven guilty in a court of law.
