Denison Police reporting arrests for revoked license, OWI

The Denison Police Department is reporting a pair of arrests since Monday.

The most recent public release indicates that officers took Courtney Loew of Dunlap into custody at around 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday near 4th Avenue South. They charged the 32-year-old female with Driving While License Denied or Revoked.

Police say they arrested Dermin Noriega of Harlan at just after 2:30 a.m. on Monday near Ridge Road. They booked the 29-year-old male for his first offense of Operating While Under the Influence.

All charges are allegations and the persons named in a case are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
