Iowa Supreme Court Justice Christopher McDonald visits Denison High School
Iowa Supreme Court Justice Christopher McDonald spent part of Tuesday afternoon visiting seniors at Denison High School. It’s one of eight visits to area high schools by members of the court this week. Justice McDonald mainly answered questions from Denison students about his job including why he enjoys it.
“There’s not a single day that I wake up and regret becoming a public servant. It’s incredibly rewarding. You get to have an impact on the law in the state of Iowa. You get to help people resolve their disputes so that they can move on with their lives and have some finality. I enjoy it a great deal. I enjoy my colleagues very much as well,” said McDonald.
