Three Counties Contribute to Two Felony Drug Arrests
Authorities reported a pair of drug arrests based on investigation work by three different western Iowa counties last week.
Officers from Sac County and Crawford County arrested 37-year-old Jennifer Violet Kuhl of Wall Lake in Boyer. They also took 41-year-old Justin John Siegner into custody in Odebolt. Both are charged with two class “B” felonies: ongoing criminal conduct and possession of over 5 grams of methamphetamine. They are also charged with possession of marijuana. Members of the Sac County and Buena Vista Emergency Response Team searched their home on 390th Street southwest of Wall Lake on November 9, 2022. Deputies seized meth and marijuana along with stolen guns and cocaine. Arrest warrants were issued last week after receiving results from the DCI crime lab. Kuhl and Siegner are both currently being held in the Sac County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
