The Monona County Sheriff’s Office located a missing teenager Tuesday afternoon. 

Authorities announced they were searching for 14-year-old Ciana Webster on Sunday afternoon. She reportedly left her foster home with a duffel bag full of clothing. The latest Facebook update simply says “Ciana Webster has been located and is safe.”

The Monona County Sheriff's Office is looking for a girl who went missing from her foster home. 

Ciana Webster is 14 years old standing 5'4" tall with dark hair and brown eyes and she weighs approximately 120 pounds. Authorities say she left home with a duffel bag full of clothing.
