Second Sac City jail escapee found
After several days at large, the second of two men that escaped from the Sac County jail last week, has been taken back into custody. Ar around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13th, Pottwattamie County deputies arrested 25 year old Shawn Freier of Lake View at a residence in Walnut. According to the Pottwattamie County Sheriff's report, Freier was in an upstairs area of a garage. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Pottwattamie County jail in Council Bluffs. Sac County deputies will be transporting Freier to the Sac County jail today, October 14th.
