Vigil held for Atlantic HS student in critical condition
After an accident on Sunday that has put Atlantic High School senior, Steele McClaren in critical condition, friends and family of the student-athlete came out for a vigil last night on the Atlantic High School football field, and arranged themselves to display his number in lights. Cameras, glow sticks, and other illuminating devices were held high above those standing on the field. A picture was captured by a drone and that picture can be found on KDSNradio.com.
Steele fell of the back of a pickup truck on Sunday afternoon and struck his head. He is currently at a Nebraska hospital with swelling of the brain.
