Harrison County Board of Supervisors passes mask-mandate regulation
After the Harrison County Board of Health unanimously passed a mask-mandate resolution, the next step was for the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to vote on enforcing the mandate. Today, that Supervisors meeting took place and they voted in favor of the mask-mandate. Woodbine's Twiner-Herald reports that the mandate was passed in a 2-1 vote. Board members Walter Utman and John Straight voted in favor and Tony Smith voted against. A date has yet to be set for when the mandate will be enforced.
