Second former Consumer Credit Union employee charged
A second former Consumer Credit Union Employee has been charged with embezzlement. This time it is is the Former Manager of the credit union, Janine Keim of Denison who was indicted on Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Sioux City of embezzlement by a credit union employee and making false statements. Keim is accused of working with former head teller at the institution, Brenda Jensen of Denison, to embezzle or misallocate nearly 1.5 million dollar from the institution from May of 2012 through March of 2018. Jensen plead guilty in October in federal court to embezzlement and awaits sentencing. Consumer Credit Union is now known as Cobalt Credit Union.
