Denison native charged with wife's murder in Urbandale
KCCI Des Moines reports that a Denison native, 35 year old Dustin Sample now of Urbandale is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, 29-year-old Mary Sample.
Urbandale police responded around 6:45 p.m. on Saturday following reports of a medical emergency.
Upon arrival, police said responding officers found Mary Sample suffering head trauma. Police said she died at the scene.
Investigators took Sample into custody without incident. He is being held in Polk County Jail without bond.
