Vehicle vs. Pedestrian accident results in lifeflight in Green County
A vehicle verse pedestrian accident occurred yesterday in Greene county which resulted in the life flight of a Grand Junction man. The accident occurred at 16th St. North in Grand Junction when 72 year old Robert Kinnick was driving north in a 2015 Dodge Ram, and at the same time 46 year old Travis Fincel was walking on 16th street when Kinnick's vehicle struck Fincel in the roadway. Fincel was transported by helicopter to Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines with possible life threatening injuries. Kinnick was not injured in the crash and the accident remains under investigation.
