Former credit union manager pleads not guilty
After being indicted on December 8th to charges of embezzlement by a credit union employee and making false statements to an officer, auditor, or examiner of the National Credit Union Administration, former Manager of Consumers Credit Union in Denison, Janine Keim pleaded not guilty yesterday in Sioux City to the charges against her. Keim is accused of embezzling nearly 1.5 million dollars from 2012 to 2018. The trial date is set for February first with a plea entry deadline set for January 19th.
