Arcadia native releases second children's book
The Observer reports that Linda Spangrud, formerly Linda Schmitz, who is the daughter of the late Elmer and Eileen Schmitz of Arcadia, is a turtle lover is now retired to the Gulf Shore of Alabama. She has released her second children's book, Miss Sandra and the Turtle People. It will be available for purchase soon at Arcadia Quilts in Arcadia.
