Woodbine man charged with murder pleads not guilty
The arraignment of 28 year old Kristopher Erlbacher of Woodbine was held December 31st and was done by way of a written statement according to the Twiner and Herald. Erlbacher pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. He has been charged with the Class A felony following a hit and run accident that happened in Pisgah last month. 30 year old Caleb Solberg of Moorhead was fatally injured after Erlbacher hit him with his vehicle multiple times. Erlbacher then left the scene but returned shortly after. Another bond review is scheduled for January 25th. Erlbacher will remain in jail without bond until the trial which is set for February 16th in Harrison County.
