We are OPEN! We are accepting applications!!
To apply applicants need to provide:
*Birth certificates for ALL members of the household
*Social Security Cards for ALL members of the household
*Photo ID’s for adults; All adults need to be present to apply
Dates we will be doing outreach:
Harlan: Friday Jan. 15
Logan: Wednesday Jan. 27
**Applicants DO need an appointment for these dates. Call 712-792-5560 to schedule.**
In Carroll we accept applications during regular business hours
Monday-Thursday 8-12, 1-4
Friday 8-12
**Applicants do NOT need an appointment for the Carroll office.**
