Attorney General Brenna Bird to Speak in Denison on Scam Prevention
DENISON, IA – The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office is inviting residents to an educational event aimed at helping the community stay informed about scams and fraud.
Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird will host an informational session at the Denison Senior Center on March 7th, 2025, from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The event will focus on the latest scams, how to recognize them, and ways to avoid becoming a victim.
With scammers constantly developing new tactics to deceive individuals, officials emphasize the importance of awareness and education. The Sheriff’s Office encourages residents to attend and learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones.
