Norelius Community Library to Host Retirement Reception Honoring Director Monica Walley
DENISON, Iowa — After 12 years of dedicated leadership, Monica Walley is set to retire as Director of the Norelius Community Library. The public is invited to a special Retirement Reception on Friday, June 20th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM to celebrate her outstanding service.
The event will take place in the Upstairs Carnegie and Fireside Meeting Rooms of the Norelius Community Library, located at 1403 1st Avenue South in Denison. Community members are encouraged to attend and share their gratitude, memories, and well wishes for Monica as she begins this new chapter.
Monica has played a pivotal role in expanding community programs, enhancing library services, and fostering a welcoming space for lifelong learning. Her contributions have left a lasting mark on both the library and the Denison community.
